Terms of Service
Engagements
Every engagement is scoped in writing (typically in your message thread) before payment: the service, the fee, the deliverables, and the turnaround. Work begins when the agreed invoice is paid and your intake materials are complete.
Payment
Invoices are issued via Stripe or PayPal. Tier 1 services are paid in full at booking; larger engagements may be split as agreed in the written scope. Prices are in US dollars.
Turnaround
Stated turnarounds (e.g., reports in 5–7 business days) run from the date both payment and complete intake materials are received. If we cannot meet a stated turnaround, we tell you before you pay.
Revisions and follow-up
Audit engagements include one debrief call and a 30-day follow-up question window. Material changes of scope (a different property, additional occupants) are quoted separately.
Refunds
Before analysis begins: full refund. After delivery of a report or reading: fees are not refundable, because the deliverable cannot be returned — which is why we publish sample extracts and scope everything in writing first.
