How remote consultation works
Hong Kong masters have served overseas clients remotely for decades — the method is established, not improvised. What a site visit provides is data: the facing direction, the layout, the surroundings. Our protocol collects exactly that data, with you as our hands, and the analysis itself is identical.

A conversation, not a form
Message us on WhatsApp. We ask about your goal, the property, your location and timeline — conversationally, in a few minutes. If we're not the right fit, we say so here, free.

Guided data collection
We send a short checklist: a floor plan (a hand sketch with measurements works), compass readings taken per our step-by-step guide, photos, and birth details of the household or key people. Most clients complete it in under an hour.

The master's analysis
Your property's Flying Star chart is plotted from its facing and construction period, cross-read with the surrounding landform and each person's chart. This is the slow part, and it is not delegated.

The written report — 5–7 business days
You receive a 20–30 page report with annotated floor plans: what matters in your property, what to change, in what order of priority, and what to leave alone. Recommendations name principles, not products — we sell judgment, never trinkets.

Debrief and follow-up window
A 45-minute video call to walk through the report and your questions, then a 30-day window for follow-up questions as you implement. Nothing is left to interpretation.
Report standard
See the structure before you commit
The report is the product, so the structure is visible before you book: chart logic, annotated plan notes, and prioritized recommendations. Real report extracts will be added only after client details are redacted and permission is complete.

Time zones work in your favor
Hong Kong is 12–15 hours ahead of the US. Send your details in your evening; analysis happens during your night; you wake to a reply. The 12-hour response promise is comfortable, not heroic.
