Residential Feng Shui Audit
A complete classical analysis of your home — Flying Stars, landform, and your personal directions — delivered as a written report and a private video debrief.
Fit
Who this is for
- You have just bought or are about to renovate a home and want to get the foundations right before committing to layouts.
- You have lived somewhere for a while and something feels persistently off — sleep, money, family friction — and you want a rigorous look rather than another decluttering article.
- You are selling and want the property to show and move well.
Included
Exactly what's included
- Xuan Kong Flying Star chart of your home, plotted from your floor plan and compass readings
- Room-by-room analysis: master bedroom, home office, kitchen, entrance, children’s rooms
- Personal Kua directions for each member of the household, mapped onto the actual floor plan
- Annual afflictions for the current year (Tai Sui, Five Yellow) located in your specific home
- Prioritized recommendations: what to change now, what to schedule, what to leave alone
What you receive
A written report of 20–30 pages with annotated floor plans, followed by a 45-minute video debrief and a 30-day window for follow-up questions. We recommend remedies; we never sell them.
Process
How a typical engagement unfolds
Send one message describing your property and situation. The studio replies — usually within 12 hours — confirms whether the service fits, and scopes the work before any payment.
You receive a guided checklist: floor plan, compass readings (our compass guide walks you through it), and a few photos of the key areas.
The master casts the Flying Star chart, reads the landform, integrates the occupants' Kua and BaZi data, checks this year's afflictions — and writes the report.

Questions
Questions clients ask
Do you need to visit in person?
No. The remote protocol — scaled floor plan, compass readings taken per our guide, and a video walkthrough — gives us everything a site visit provides for residential work. It is the same method our Hong Kong clients abroad have used for years.
What if I rent?
Most recommendations are placement and usage changes, not construction. Renters are well served; we simply skip structural advice.
What does "from $1,288" mean?
That price covers most single-family homes and apartments. Unusually large or multi-building properties are quoted before any commitment, in writing, after a free 15-minute scoping call.
