Process
How a typical engagement unfolds
Send one message describing your property and situation. The studio replies — usually within 12 hours — confirms whether the service fits, and scopes the work before any payment.
You receive a guided checklist: floor plan, compass readings (our compass guide walks you through it), and a few photos of the key areas.
The master casts the Flying Star chart, reads the landform, integrates the occupants' Kua and BaZi data, checks this year's afflictions — and writes the report.

Questions
Questions clients ask
Can you review a space before we sign the lease?
Yes — that is the highest-leverage moment. See Property Selection for the pre-commitment review, or ask us to combine both.
Will the recommendations look "feng shui" to staff and customers?
No. Classical work is about orientation, placement, and usage. Done well, it reads as good space planning.
Do you work with non-Chinese businesses?
Most of our US commercial clients are not Chinese. The analysis does not depend on the owner’s background.
